I booked in August with a car for a two week period to be picked up in December. The agency confirmed by e-mail the rental agreement, the price and the car type, and I also sent another e-mail a few days before the pick up to reconfirm all logistics. After I showed up slightly late (1 hour) for the pick-up, the manager told me that I am not entitled to the rental any longer. After several back and forth conversations over the phone, it turned out that there had been no car to start with -- probably rented out to someone that paid slightly more. Be aware, don't rent with these crooks.
